Cheese and broccoli filled chicken

So all i need to say is wowzers. This was amazing on a whole other level. Heres whats up.

Beat the chicken and make sure its really dead. Fill with mixture. And season as wanted. I used salt pepper and garlic powder.

Mixture:
I cup mixed italian shredded cheeses.
Half bar of creme cheese softened.
Broccoli or whatever else you want in it chopped small.
Pepper.

Put in oven on 350 for 30 min or until brown on top. Ta-dah!!! It is super rich, beware.

I served with potatoes and asparagus that were lightly rolled in ex virgin olive oil and salted. Parmesan cheese on top! Cant say its healthy but it was yummy :)

It's a sick addiction..I need help.

So I have been introduced to a crazy crazy terrible but Ah-MAZING sight called Pinterest. It has an iphone app, which in my world means oh crap...addiction. But back to the amazing part...it has everything. From cooking to DIY projects to..well everything. Check it out...I made a calzone :)
This cooking thing has been getting easier for me as time has gone on in this last year, lots of experimenting. I made the dough FROM SCRATCH. Take that Betty Crocker!
If you have Pinterest follow me or let me know so I can follow you :)

We have a BLOG!

Thanks to Mrs. Chelsea Rhodes we can now keep everyone updated on the going ons in our life here in Germany. We have been here for an entire YEAR. Can you believe that? We sure can't. We have made wonderful friends who have become our home away from home. Living in Germany is a definite culture shock. We live in a small village called Gries, in an old farm house built in 1902. Our neighbors have pigs, cows (can't express how strange it is to wake up to MOOOO) and horses. The sheep run rampant around here :)

But its absolutely beautiful. People in Germany care alot more about their surroundings than back in the states. Windmills are everywhere and when you walk down the street people are always outside sweeping the street. That's right..the STREET. Crazy if you ask me but I can't deny that it looks lovely.
In the last year we have managed to visit......
Italy! where we picked up these two strange ladies on the side of the road...

Greece

Turkey

Paris
Along with a few more. So we have been busy!
This coming year has alot in store for us and we can't wait to see more places and meet more people :) We have big things coming to us that will be shared at a later date (before chaos errupts..I am not pregnant)
Love you all, will keep you updated!
